Pokémon Go launches on Android and iOS

Even the bare bones are entertaining... I installed it last night and its actually pretty addictive...
Hahah yep, I have done more walking in the last 3 days then I have done in the last three months

been playing the game with my girlfriend and we saw a few people playing it on out walks.

got to catch them all guess it takes people out side for once

Ive decided to just play a little each day simply since the lag on 3g kills the game - I cant fight at gyms properly and a fair few of my pets that I caught bugged out and the game just froze.

Yeah, found anything less then HSDPA (even my 4mbs wifi) lags, Must be the latency though, because the game does not use all that much data

When trying to capture a pokemon in the wild some creatures may be harder to target than others - especially if they are flying or are located farther back in the screen. If your Poke Ball misses the target and falls to the ground nearby - you can pick them back up by tapping on them to recover the Poke Ball and avoid wasting tons of Poke Balls on one dodgy pokemon!

And More

Don't know if it's been posted here but there is a cheat to hatch your poke eggs without actually walking :p

Anybody able to get that recover Pokeball trick working?

I tried it now on the way to a meeting. It does seem to work. If you tap on the Pokeball soon enough it flashes back to your "hand" and refreshes the number of Pokeballs you have.
