Pokémon Go may not be officially available in South Africa yet, but that doesn’t need to stand in your way.

Nah.

Niantic isn't blocking users outside the countries it has launched it in the game itself, they're just limiting the distribution of the installer for now to spare their servers.

Its also why last night we couldnt play, they kicked off people from countries that the game havent officially released in.
