Seriously, though, keep everything well ventilated and you should be fine, but fumes can seriously mess you up if you're not careful.

These days it also depends on the paint, a lot of it is more safe than you realise.

Sure, but I keep everything vented well anyway when fumes or dust is involved. Working with resins and heavy metals in fine powder form requires serious discipline to the point where I'm a bit anal about having a fan on in the room when I solder something.

Have you been detailing drawings? My favourite Solidworks feature is that it can auto capitalize text on drawings, so that you don't have to put caps lock on

Drawing, yes. Detailing no. More like trying to decipher hand sketches. And it all still needs to be linked and labeled.
