Can I change my vote to be opposite of what ever you change your vote to?

As much as I'd like to join, I have 2 problems:

1. I don't own the game.
2. It really does seem too dark and depressing for my mood these days.

Guess I'll have to skip... Again.

Indeed it does. You can play the through the story three times per character, increasing difficulty each time.
