I have tried it all, and yes I need a holiday badly, but have to wait till 16 Dec before holiday, and then I wont go away, cant afford to

Its more in my neck, so between an icepack on my neck and then heat, as well as on my fore head and pain killers and muscle relaxents not much is touching this. I will go pick up a migraine cocktail at lunch, cos I can see my vision going in one eye - aka I get black spots and nausua before I get a full blown migraine.
