Hey, tagged here or on sap?

AlienTaker, you mentioned that you also don't get my emails from Superbru. It sounds like the problem is with your email.

Aw I'm sorry to hear that you were caught in that storm yesterday! Psychofish's idea is a good one and probably your best bet.

We've vacuumed quite a lot of water out, gonna let it bask in the sun for today and maybe take it to be cleaned this weekend...

If you can leave the doors open otherwise the carpet will start to stink, kinda like a wet dog.

Yeah that happened to me at a place where I rented ages ago. A pipe burst and the whole place was under water while I was at work. The owners and I tried everything to get all the water out but man did it stink after a day or two. They had to replace all the carpets.

In the interim, if you have access to a dehumidifier chuck it in your car and let it run overnight for the next couple of nights

Or chuck like 10 bags of rice in there, that'll absorb a lot of the moisture, and is easy to vacuum up afterwards. Note that I have no idea how much a dehumidifier costs, so the rice might actually be more expensive..

Haha, as a bonus you'll get rid of a bucket load of horrible rice.
