They still going to remove it, haven't scored anything, besides online play is what I bought it for and that doesn't work for shit
 
If I knew we wouldn't have servers in SA like we always have I would not have bought it, maybe it should say that on the box

or you know, you could have read any of the multiple articles about it and how there is no dedicated server? I have played all the COD since black ops, mp. I play a lot of battlefront, i played BF1. none of them had any MP issues. so maybe it is a fault on your side?
 
Not the first time I'm saying this, since 1942 we had servers, I own every BF game since they came out, most like me thought without checking as would be the norm, we would have servers, then no server, so yes I wasn't going to pay that price for effectively half a game, as for machine or internet speeds, all of that checks out and all falls within the requirements

but the information was freely available. everyone knew there were no dedicated servers.
 
As for IW p2p playing, that's again, nothing but a joke, from now on I won't spend a cent on games unless we have a server and the prices come down
 
Would that be everyone who actually had the time to go and check on this, will we have servers? Or those that are on the road all day working

this is a stupid argument. you could have checked that in 5 minutes. especially if you decide to buy a game. and also, there are a hell of a lot of people playing in SA. but only you seem to have this problem. so once again, maybe the fault is actually on your side.

And if you are waiting for dedicated servers, you wont play any MP games in SA again.

Call of Duty has been infamous for not having dedicated servers. It started way back when Modern Warfare 2 came out and, has been jumping on and off dedicated servers for years. Support also depended on who the studio working on the game was.

It would have taken less than a 1 minute to google; COD:IW Dedicated servers or South African Servers for COD:IW/BF1 to give you the answers you seek.

I think the only thing I'm noticing here is that most of you don't mind taking it up the .. if you ask me, prices that high, no server support, enjoy I guess
 
Guys can we all just calm down in here?

Its pretty clear that [MENTION=12696]XPS[/MENTION] is trolling you guys HARD... No idiot would go buy a game, for over R1000.00, these days without checking it out first, especially for local servers if the main idea is to play online.

Having said that I had a great experience with the BF1 Demo, but i have a fiber line...

But then again I saw the headlines and knew there were no local SA dedicated servers, I also read a bunch of articles descibing this, I had time to play the beta and experience the latency only to find that it was very playable.
