Spent the day without water and then still had to put up with the most stoic and void-of-personality plumber the universe has ever known. He was just plain... rude, but in a "Pff, I don't give a crap" way. The black dudes he had with him (who, by the way, did ALL the work!) were simply awesome! They were friendly, shook your hand and genuinely 100% nice!

They were friendly from start to finish. They were shy at the beginning though. Tried to smile at them (NO, NOT HIT ON THEM, MEPHISTO!) to make 'em feel better, and after a while they were more comfortable.
The white guy was a fucking ass though.
