Usb not reconizing my new pair of usb thrust master 300CPX

So I tried everything was wondering if anyone new a fix.

I can use them without the DAC because it has a normal jack. But I would really like to get it all working.
Do you think its faulty?

Did you install the drivers for it? Also, the usb where you plugged it in, does it have enough power? As in one in the back instead of the front maybe?

Also I didn't google it or even had a look, so it's just some quick questions.

There aren't any drivers. I googled for an answer couldn't find it. I am sure it has enough power. tried every usb port. Got a TX550M

Says windows doesn't recognize the usb and cannot install the drivers.
