Wow, it's almost as if people have never seen any type of Japanese animation before. 
I mean I started watching a series over the weekend called RWBY and the character of Yang is dressed practically identical to this one and yet I don't see any outrage over that? It's like people want to be professionally offended on whatever is popular at the moment for the sake of being offended just so they can get a little bit of recognition. The constant indulgence of SJW and the vocal minority is really starting to get long in the tooth now.

Technically RWBY is not anime. It's not made in Japan but America so, it's considered a 3D Web toon, or series.
As for the FF cleavage problem. I agree that people will find fault with anything, that they can. Overwatch caused some waves due to Tracer having a provocative pose, which exposed her posterior. It's also possible that it stems from a latent from body dysmorphic disorder. Or they are simply bored SJW's with nothing better to do than rage on a game, and a company that does not care.

People have been talking about Cindy's bosoms since her character was revealed. The notable quote here is "talking" - these are people on the internet expressing an opinion and a view like everyone else. I haven't seen any calls for active boycotting or petitioning the developers to change it etc etc. So really, just people talking, as they do.
