I'm looking for a PC-based program through which you can control your Android device. Like, if the screen is busted but you're still able to work on your phone using a/the mouse and keyboard connected to your PC.

Anyone know of such a program?

I remember hearing about AirDroid a few years back. Maybe check that out. I don't have an Android device so can't check it out.

I have done that and still the feedback is I don't seem excited about the jobs.

I believe a pinch of ginger up the out-hole is what they used to "excite" old horses to give them life. Worth a shot
