If that doesnt calm her down, get some rescue remedy or the kali phos from natura - the purple bottle - its cheaper and does the same thing as rescue. I just mix the tablets with some peanut butter and get them to relax.

It's a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I played fetch with her for about 2 hours last night and then we took her for a walk, where she roused every single dog in the street due to her incessant barking. After dinner I continued to play fetch with her, so she had quite a bit of attention and activity last night. She's a lot more relaxed today, except when I take her outside every hour she just barks at everything and nothing the whole time she's outside. Again, this stirs up all the neighbours' dogs which turns into a choir of barking. I also played fetch with her this morning for about an hour before starting work, seeing as I was awake at the crack of dawn...

Only until tomorrow afternoon. She is a really loving dog though - we've doggysat other peoples' pets before and she's been the friendliest and easiest to adapt by far. Here's a pic of her running around with one of the coasters from the coffee table:

At least its a small dog

Not a 10month old GSD that thinks 5am is wake up the house time, by jumping onto people in bed, licking faces and if all else fails, biting body parts that shows. . . .

She also did that this morning just after 5... She was licking our faces, biting my ears and barking at the birds feeding on the bird-feeders in the trees just outside our bedroom. Looks like that's a dog's biological clock. 05:00 is get-up-and-start-playing time, but the rest of the day is nap time.

My new job kept me busy for 295 hours in January, not counting travel time. I had to work through the night once, and in Feb the overtime just kept coming, resulting in another all-nighter last week Friday. This is unpaid overtime, with no end realistically in sight, so I quit. Yesterday was my last day. I'd rather be unemployed and still see my wife, than with an abusive job and divorced.

How has everyone been keeping? And does anyone know of any Mechanical Engineering openings in Witbank/Middelburg/Pta East? :D

The best I can do is Eskom Vacancies

I know my manager wants to get something like 3 new Engineers, but I don't know when or anything. I'll tell the Clerk to keep me posted, she usually knows the goings on of my manager.

Thanks, guys. [MENTION=6280]Blazzok[/MENTION]: Let me know, I've got little maintenance experience, but I can design and Solidworks like a mofo. Or, if your manager wants to put out contract work, I can jump on that too.
 
Whaddup peeps!!! So I listened to Jak De Priester's Sally Williams Nougat, and now I'm a bit home sick. But today has been by far the busiest day I've had in years. At least I had a mildly successful launch of a new system here in Aus, so at least that's good.

Oh and how long does it take to get used to time zone difference, because dammit it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't fully adjusted.

Anyway, hope you all have a good Monday
 
Good morning everyone. so once again soccer fans show us why they are called barbaric most of the time and why soccer games should not be allowed on our rugby fields because they have no constraint what so ever.

And good on sundowns giving a team with such waste of space fans a hiding like they have never received.

Now for the rugby season to start!!!

Hammer, it depends on person to person, ek vermoed joune is ma net gewoond raak issues - so hou op stress!

I am tired, cranky, fedup. And all of that just because I havent slept more than 4 hours a night for the past 2 weeks.
 
Morning peoples! Will be a bit scarce again this week. Have a lot of programming to get through and took Friday off so I want to make sure everything is done before then.
