So what extra cost does it entail, when buying the PS4 from Amazon? Will there be tax + custom duties? Or will that be included in the free shipping?

EDIT: "This item does not ship to South Africa." Same with the switch.

It's a bug on the Amazon site, says it for many products but still ships here; these are items specifically sold by Amazon. Any other items sold for third parties don't deliver though.

Now onto your question, the Amazon
Price includes all shipping and customs. After about 3 months, you then get refunded the difference if any. For instance, I got my Xbox one s for 3999 with shipping, after about 3 months, I was refunded about 500 because that price was a worst case scenario price.
