Morning all. 2 days until 2 weeks of leave. Which is just as well considering yesterday nearly killed me.

It looks like if I hold in the power button for quite a bit and then wait a couple of seconds and then press it then the pc starts up. This can mean that it's the capacitors that's not draining for some reason, according to Google. Will still have to research it properly though.

I did however finish XCOM 2! It was quite good but expected a bit more. I think the Long War mod can make the the game amazing.

Interesting.

I have only played 3 or so missions, need to get back to it. But I bought Pillars of Eternity 2 days ago (it was on a daily deal on Steam) and I'm afraid it might be taking a chunk of my time :p

I had a problem like that on my work PC once. It was either the motherboard or the power supply, I don't fully remember.

Hello all


I officially (well almost) have a new (old) car.

My brother decided to get a new car, so I am buying his Ford Fiesta, that is about 10 years old, but low miles, good condition. The irony is my very old cranky fucked up tazz is worth more than his fiesta, the dealership only offered him a silly small amount, R30k for the fiesta, we then did research and found out we can get up to R40k for the tazz. So selling the tazz and i started driving the fiesta. It feels weird tho, have to get used to the everything

Are the wipers and signals at least on the same side of the wheel as your old car?

hehe yea I am mostly happy, even tho it puts me back in the red just as I was clean of my big debts :P At least its a loan with my dad so its not hectic, and we decided to keep the car on my brothers insurance cos that way I pay R200 a month for it.

This heat today, its killing me, besides the fact that I had a salad last night with dinner and the dressing was made with apple cider vinegar - something I am apparently allergic to, I look like a bloody chipmonk and the best part is the meds I am taking for it makes me so sleepy I can barely stay awake

If you can get R40k for your tazz, and the dealer wants give your brother only R30k, how much did you pay your brother for the car now (to make you be in the red)? Because R40k - R30k = R10k profit :)

Hahaha Jy ken obviously nie my pa nie ne? Ek is besig om die kar se chips te touchup dan sal ek dit op die mark sit. My pa verkoop my broer se kar aan my vir R45k....

Net sodat ek nie moet voel dis 'n hand me down nie.. . . Net in sy kop ma dis fine
