I remember my flatmates at varsity were talking about how they could build a device that "overpowers" local transmissions so you could effectively take over speakers and play what you want over them...They never did it but I always liked the idea of doing that to someone obnoxious and playing either teletubbies theme or hits from SokkieTreffers5000

Absolutely a good buyers market. I'm actually looking at buying property in Joburg instead of renting, and the amount of house you get for your money is so much more than previously.
