marmite for sure, love the stuff!

found out a few yars back that bovril was blood. Infact anythig that says beef stock on it is blood.
 
Bestest way to make marmite snacks:

Roll out a pastry dough - thin, smear it with marmite, sprinkle with cheeses - you choice, roll up cut into pinwheels and bake for 15mins at 180 degrees.
