Dude, this is the first week this month that I've slept at home. And even then I was in Rustenburg today as well. So many Risk assessments and hazops now towards the end of the year, and more coming next week.
 
Anyone know of software that can remove a password on a Windows 10 machine; the trial software I was able to get is useless.

Use the tool(s) form "Ultimate Boot CD" or "Hiren's Boot CD", can't remember what it's called but I know it works.

Also, to give some insight and context into my question:

A customer brought their Acer Windows 10 laptop in to me as they forgot their password, and I don't want to do too much physical labour unless I have to.

DLC boot disk also works really well, has a lot of tools for other occasions too.
