Dixie Chicks Get-Well-Soon Thread.

Dixie is at home and is on the road to recovery. Just don't expect to see her online too soon. This may take time.
 
What do you think of the idea of creating a card for Dixie, adding our names and emailing it to her?

Grimspoon, I hear you're a dab hand when it comes to computer graphics.
 
How about we buy an IRL card - print out a screenshot of everyone's name on a list in this forum, drop off the card at Angus's house and let his mom take it for her?

Not a bad idea. What sort of Get Well Soon Card do you think would be appropriate?

I take it that one of us would print out the list of names and insert it into the card?

Are you volunteering to take the card to Angus' place?

I don't drive.

Sure...if Angus will consent to giving me his address and/or a convenient yet unmarked drop-off location.
 
Sounds brilliant! I'm definitely in...whichever route we follow. I just think it would be really awesome if we do let her know that we're keeping her in mind during these rough times...
 
I wasn't thinking. {facepalm}

It is probably more practical for Voicy to select and buy the card than for me to do so
and then try to meet Voicy.

Voicy, perhaps I can transfer some money to your account to pay for the card?
