yeah it's a whole software "suite" for Remote admin stuff. Screen recording, call logging, ticket system the works.

RAdmin is the best, much better than VNC and RDP. Used it at my prev company.

Ive never used RAdmin so maybe i should look into it sounds like a decent prgram
