Yes it is, well depands what meed I am in. and most of those war movies is not action orientated. It is mainly about the lives of the soldiers. Take full metal jacket it was sent in boot camp and only near the end they are in vietnam.

I live in orange grove near linksfiels in jhb. Very nice area.
 
gotto finish full metal jacket only saw the first 45min I think (where that fat guy killed the CO)

have you seen the "Thin red line" Tsar?
 
Of course I enjoyed that. I saw it at the movies. Have you seen a movie called The beast.
 
It is old but I enjoyed it. The beast was about when the russians were invading Afghanistan.

Woops I have never seen thin red line, was thinking enemy at the gates.

I love my old movies. new ones are just about explosions and gun fights. And pop culture. I am tired of seeing movies that hve no good story. Distict nine was a copy of allot if games. Take example that small space craft they excape from looks a hell of a like the kodac from tib sun just smaller.

Yes but there is a limit on how many Ideas you should use. People only enjoyed it bec it was set in this country. But I just did not like that movie. And don't forget peter jackson was also involved in it.

I liked how it really felt like south africa, and I find all peter jacksons film very good
 
yay finally played through fallout3 + all dlc... it feels like im back from some tour of duty in a big long war or something...
