I just want to buy and buy and buy but I'm keeping myself together. Bought Torchlight, Grid, Osmos and STALKER from Steam. Plus got Resident Evil 4 and Prince of Persia as presents from my girlfriend. well, buy them now and download for free via webafrica- not hard not to make use of them in RSA, now is it ;)

I suppose not, if you have adsl and if you have a credit card. The other problem is that Steam runs so many specials that the thread will soon be inundated with just Steam specials. Making it harder to seek out the local stuff. Maybe a separate Steam specials thread? Or am I being a little dramatic?

yep you are drama queen :D

however do not fear young one it will end around the 5th afaik or week just after it as this is holiday specials and won't go on forever.

besides we have but always posted local things here; not our fault for example btgames and zaps didn't offer any more than just some christmass ones and steam kept on ;)

have you seen any bargains of late in any shop ?

Now that I think about it not really, not unless you count the ongoing cheapness at Game. Silent Hill Homecoming R99, Dawn if War II R79, Saints Row 2 R99, all for PC. BT games and it's ilk have all been fail this last week. :/
