Discovery Health Vitality - What are the benefits?

OK so I have a Discovery Health hospital plan, and also decided to get Vitality.

I am making use of the following benefits on Vitality, which I find are very worthwhile
- Virgin Active Gym Membership
- Ster Kinekor Club cards
- Pick n Pay HealthyFood discounts/pay-back

I've also read about the VitalityMall, but haven't used it, and I'm not sure what it's about. Anyone?

What other worthwhile benefits are there??
 
Unless ur planning on taking a hospital plan for your thumbs and all that for gaming.... then this thread is not necessary it belongs in MyBB

I see they have magazine subscriptions pretty cheap as well. Mens health for 1/3 of the normal price.
 
Can you tell me what you find worthwhile in the
- Pick n Pay HealthyFood discounts/pay-back thing?

To me it seems those things that normal people really don't buy and even if you get the discount its still pretty expensive.

The clicks gold card is pretty awesome and the credit card from discovery if your on gold or higher is worthwhile, and if you shop at the vitality mall.

I get 25% off all the healthy things I buy. About 10% of my receipt accounts for HealthyFood items. Take 25% off that 10%, and it works out to a 2.5% discount on my total receipt. It's not a lot, but in the long run it saves you a bit. Better than nothing, and requires no effort except the once-off registration, and to swipe the card each time. Stuff I buy include seed bread, tuna, vegetables, fruit, fat-free dairy products (yuk! but my wife like's it), nuts, etc.

was good till i went vegan-ish. now i mostly get all my things from woorlworths (as most organic and rBST free things are over there) and that kick back is useless. however movies and gym very good with vitality.

Vitality has very nice benefits, the higher your status, the cheaper you can buy stuff from the Vitalitymall. They run quite decent specials sometimes.

There is also a Clicks benefit you can use to buy tickets from Nu Metro if I am not mistaken.

They have a Vodacom benefit too, where you can buy cheaper airtime through a partner.

Cheaper travel and accommodation benefits... lets put it this way, if you can get to Gold, you will save quite a lot of money if you use any of the things they have on offer.

And of course if you have a DiscoverCard, you can save money that way too when buying from stores in the group.

Plus, they have internet benefits too.
