Here and MyBB. Had another procedure (to shorten the tendon and repair some ligaments) done on my shoulder. Had to wait for the new year, after my medical aid got truncated last year

The arm is fine. My shoulder started dislocating by itself so I had to go the surgery route. It was a relatively small procedure, just three "holes" in my shoulder with one stitch each. Still hurt like an exploding vibrator, though...

Arm was completely immobile for just 3 days. It's been two weeks now and gaming is good exercise
