I recently read a quote that happiness was the place between having too little and having too much. I like this concept because I believe that happiness is in the middle. It is a balance of all things. Too little causes suffering and too much causes suffering.

I believe Goldie Locks was on to something when she discovered what was "just right." In life, happiness comes when you discover what is just right for you. It doesn't depend on what others think is just right. It depends on what feels right to you.

There are people who have little and are happy and people who have more than enough and are miserable. Happiness isn't dependant on what you have but what you think about what you have.

Happiness is that elusive thing that we all want, but are not sure exactly what it is. The problem with happiness is you actually only know what it is once you have experienced it for yourself.
