S.T.A.L.K.E.R Call of Pripyat

Why, you lucky you have the gun you have. Clearsky you have a double barrelled shotgun and that aint very good. Just when you shoot and what not if it is really far just compensate it.
 
Pffft on you. The graphics are stunning. Wait till you see the lighting effects.
 
OK. I'm withholding further judgement until I've spent at least a few hours on it :D

Haha yeah a lot of people think that of stalker but its cool I knew what I am getting into.

Now game is going to take a while since I ordered 2 other games with it 5-7 days waiting then 2 day delivery.
 
Look when I first played the new stalker, I was like god why is the recoil so bad. But I upgraded it and it reduced the recoil allot. But you get allot of weapons so don't worry. Each weapon has its strengths and weaknesses. So all the diff weapons are not just cosmetic.
 
I upped the Difficulty to Vetran and now im at just over 70K RU and ive killed 2 Chrimera, one in broad daylight (Chrimera are nocternal) Took 3 full clips from my LR301 and 2 full drums from My Striker (Automatic shotgun) to put down. Ive even got a Mutant Hunter Achievement thing in my PDA under stats.

Anyways just been skulking though Jupiter Plan and GOD is it ever creepy. Ive never been that creeped out by nothing, an empty building. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and the music just adds to that.
 
Omega the difficulty does not effect how much damge you do just how much damage they do. Oh wait till you in pripyat my god that is really creepy. I must say what creeps me out in Jupiter is the actual plant.
 
Ah now I see. No I havent played a Stalker game. But I think I might get Pripyat, I could have got Chernobyl at $2 not so long ago over Steam. Yeah sure does sound creepy.
 
I finished the main story line and I felt like crying lol. It really was a awesome game and now I can explore every nook and cranny in pripyat.
 
Ok maybe the tern HARD is being misunderstood. In Stalker the game is not hard coz of the enemies, the game is hard coz you only have 30 rounds of ammo in ur pack and there are 11 bandits hunting your ass. I recently walked up to 2 Bandits, Moments after i shot dead 2 of the friends took out my D-Eagle, Reloaded an and proceded to pop a cap in both their skulls. I must have killed like 60 Bandits already why are some of them still neutral to me? I talked into one of their camps and killed ever last one of them, their boss first, why dont they kill me on site? DO they fear my awesomeness or something? Bring back Clear Sky's faction war. At least there some one other than the dogs tries to kill u.
 
Lol woops. I have to admit that the supplies are a little mad. I never run out of ammo or medkits. The last stalker I was always running out of ammo and medkits.

See thats exactly it. You take away that constant need for supplies and the game ceases to be "hard" its a surival horror after all, this is starting to feel more like an open world shooter.
 
Installed the game entered it. Checked it out for a minute or 2. Went out and comes up with bug error. The process still runs in memory though...Anyone had this problem?

Nope , mine sometimes crashes on a load ofter dying. But nothing like that. Re-install maybe.
