Yes you can but limit it to 1 person when playing then on the net or else some serious lag spikes.

Just a shame its all shaped and not semi shaped.

oh well thats pretty cool then. im gonna speak to the BF about us getting a line like that maybe.

Well basically it seems not to be for the heavyheavy users. Also it seems you can't use astraweb and similar services. They can decide how much data you allowed and they can limit the speed.

But so far have not seen any real catch hey.

I would love to get this because updating bfbc2 is taking up a lot of cap and tf2.

morning all .... does anyone play halo or modern warfare with people in the uk... or not in south africa.... hows the lag? And I assume the difference between a 4mb and 1mb line isn't much?
 
Gir I always try to get my friends to invite friends so we are more sa player then. but can't say I have played against the UK guys since there is nothing screaming I AM FROM THE UK :D

Unshaped 4meg line can handle about 8 players smoothly 10 players then I have seen some bad lag.

True ... i've just noticed the accents when playing halo ... and it seems to play well most of the time... press key to throw grenade... wait ... throws

But yeah... so line basically decides how many people you can play with... and doesn't affect latency at all?

Remember IW is using that other (special name here) to even out latency. But yeah get some friends and rather invite them someone I bet you got a 4meg line and you should play with no problem.

Murph dude I know I can't wait for the other guys to give us uncapped I would rather stay with Axxess and Afrihost if i can, just ffs wish Axxess would show me some love but so far they still on the R70 a gig thing...
