In MAD magazine, in movies like Revenge of the Nerds and Grandma’s Boy, society learns that game geeks are pasty-faced asthmatics who rarely, if ever, venture into the Big Outside. Our hardware is potent, our sexual frustration formidable.

Dude it was soooooo unsuspecting I was just sitting in front of my PC having a smoke and then I look and *FLASH* my eyes were burning and next thing i knew i was all over the interwebz lmao :p

C'mon guys, he doesn't look that bad! If he gets some new glasses (and a new hairstyle, clothes and PC) he will be a hawtie ... methinks ;)

Those guys are what I would consider "Nerds". The term "Geek" (in my opinion) doesn't have nagative connotations. Geeks are individuals who love gaming and/ any technology related thing - they have social lives and all that. "Nerds" are the people on those pics :P (cept the lady, she's mad hot, and the old lady shame) Geeks are made of win and awesome :D

Well I suppose a lot of people would look at that from a different perspective for example that one guy who commented pretty much saw both nerds and geeks as the same thing (referring to ex_jock) I guess he was assuming certain conclusions were to be at that :rolleyes: but oh well I guess it is an opinionated article :)
