I use a extension in chrome that refreshes every minute.

Since Firefox 3.0 it could do it. This is not windows xp vs 7 kind of thing more like FF vs IE. But since you at work your probably stuck with IE, but you could always take the mobile Firefox to work in a ubs stick

hhhmmmm go to start-------run------type CMD-----type ipconfig /renew--------press enter-------------type ipconfig /flushdns.

Clear your internet cookies, history and cache and that should do the trick

Well seeing as you both like different types I guess we could spice it up and mix that music hahaha... its called Explosions in the sky... its a purely instrumental rock band which has an orchestra etc..
