Loving Bad Company 2 - Spawn Rapers got smacked!

So last night I was on the BC2 servers again (SGS) and I was playing along nicely as usual. Then after getting pwned a few times in the middle of the map I decided to go to our main spawn area and work my way back into the map. What I discovered was that 2 guys in the [DF] clan decided it would be hilarious to stand at our spawn area and simply shoot spawning people in the back. This was probably the only way these two morons could score points because their normal playing skills SUCKED big time.

So after being spawn raped by them 5 times in a row, I simply switched teams and joined their squad, and then team-killed the SNOT out of them. Needless to say, they didn't see it coming and I LOL'ed my head off!

This game is all about payback! I am so glad you have ways to kick these spawn-rapers in the panty.

The days where certain clans and their members would spawn-rape their way to victory like in BF2 are OVER. Maybe they'll realise that and leave the game. One can only hope.
 
If u see guys spawnraping like that on igame, just drop one of the admins a PM over xfire and we'll sort them out. With Mjolnir, probably :p

Surely using squads can eliminate a lot of spawn raping, though? I always spawn on my teamies, and they could be anywhere.

sheesh, you should see when enemies drive the tank and APC into your base and rape....that's not that much fun
But still, this game is EPIC and there are defintely a lot of Battlefield Moments - every night
 
Ja ive stated quite a few times about the ludicrous amount of spawn raping and then the BF2 fanboys come and tell me im noob and must go cry somewhere else. So im sorry if i think running to my main base and hiding behind a container to shoot someone in the back when they just spawned. or go lie anti tank mines infront of spawing tanks.

No im sorry but thats like a metro police man cutting your brakes so that he can get you speeding. Its gay. Like in MW2 withe the tubing when we klap them. If you cant shoot me why do you have to go and be gay to achieve something. Funniest thing ever yesterday. I think the guys nick is animal5 or something. We were playing that desert map with the broken ship in the middle. This oak runs to a little cliff thing and goes and sits in a bush and tubes everyone that runs past. Then someone kills him and he goes back to the same spot everytime.

To be fair, I agree with the fact that you should actually spawn on your teamies. That's what makes the whole squad thing work like a charm. Plus, there are many spawn points to chose from so if you are being spawn raped in one spot, just spawn at a different spot. I was just on a mission to teach these guys a lesson and it worked out very well lol.

This game is nowhere near as bad as Battlefield 2 was where you would spawn at ONE location the whole time. I think the whole multiple-spawn-point system had done amazing things for the game. That's why I get so peeved at people insisting on spawn raping. It is without a doubt the epitome of n00b tactics.

I'm no awesome BF2 player myself, but I've taken out their ENTIRE squad twice in a row on BF2 Special Forces maps. The okes bunch up and hog a flag as you say.

Having said that, I have more respect (or less disrespect, whichever way you choose to read it) than those hacking FiB members. I was rather pleased to see that their clan disbanded for now. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
 
I actually enjoy it when the enemy camps me team's deployment area:

a) they have less people trying to win the round
b) you can spawn on any squad mates or captured flags
c) (my personal favourite) You can hunt them down and kill them and then bag the living crap outta them :)

It's all part of the game and happenes in every FPS where some guys just suck so much that they need a way to get some kills at least.

Having said that, I find "spawn Raping" totally acceptable when someone goes into the enemy deployment area to knife the 10 snipers just sitting there... AWESOME!!!

Thats not spawn raping. Thats sniper raping :p

Me and Game_over_Za did that once they buggers kept sniping us and only a few came to take over the flag so we went in me medic he assault and we got about 20 kills each.
