Sweet. The Friday night Red, her mom and sister are staying at a guest house so i have the flat to myself so i was thinking me, you, OC and my other buddy can have a night of DVD's, Games and laughter, not so much drinking though, my wife will kill me if im at my wedding pissed or with a hang over. Straight... one dude refuses to work out his notice period because it's his right to get another job. Yeah fuck your rights buddy. Another dude has didn't come to work for 4 days because some chimp told him that if he does that, I have to fire him, and then he can go claim unfair dismissal and get a huge payout.

Dude thats when you request a doctors note and if he doesnt produce within 24hrs after going back to work you deduct his time as annual leave and if he doesnt have any left you deduct his pay as time back to the company

Guess.... thing is they all have these super smart "friends" who know so much about the labour law that "advise" them, then they come in with this know it all attitude. They listen to everyone except the people that pay them. And then they make life harder for themselves at which point I dig in with all I have.

I know exactly what you mean. I have to get that own my own game shop idea off the ground again. I think its time to become my own boss and employ people i can rely on.
Do you also have the problem that they treat you like just another staff member and dont take any of your managerial say so serious?
