Funny enough, I've thought precisely the same thing about a shop......I just hate working with dumbass babies all the time.
Your second point: You get some guys who try and get local when they see you're a patient person, but they often mistake that for weakness. I don't take any of that shit - thats insubordination

@ Syco - theres no warnings after that with our company. We've followed procedure, he hasn't. He already has warnings on his file - so he has no case if he decides to go further.

Me and Moody actually chatted about Opening a Zaps down here. I seriously want to.

See i work with a bunch of women. You ever tried shouting at one that works for you. Its tears and before u know it one of the Doctors are in my office telling me i shouldn't be so hard on them.

Thats a really good idea ! You should def look into it.

I work with men, and they still act like women most of the time ... I can't imagine what you must go through. :p

funny you mention this guy... this other guy who worked for my folks would go to work late and never on time and he literally stood around doing absolutely nothing... which my folks have on camera... he then called in the CCMA after he didnt show up for 2 weeks and he said to my folks that he took leave and they asked why without consent and writing up a request to take it... they gave him the leave but deducted it which was on 7 days and the rest they took out of his pay because he owed it to them and the CCMA just sat there because he had no case...

Oh and he tried to bring the CCMA back after handing in his resignation saying he didnt get compensated pay for the 5yrs he was there when he was only there for 4 and due to the law it states the company does not have to give him anything if he has not worked there longer than 5yrs :p
