Well I don't have it bad, so if I cut out milk for a week, and I have like one small milkshake or one mug of milo a week, I'm fine. I drink milk in my coffee and tea, and I'm fine with that as well ... tis weird! But according to the dietitian it's quite normal :S

Yeah milk got some weird properties. It affects people in some weird way's. I hate the taste of milk for some reason but I can drink it when its ice cold but as soon as it gets a lil warmer, even if its cold I don't want to drink it.
