The Official "MyGaming" Anime Thread

Yeah I think it goes to 63 as well. IMHO this one that follows the manga is much closer is much better than the old one. :D
 
I am 47 at the moment. It seems like its coming to an end. If I remember the original ended at if 55(correct me if I am wrong). I think if it ended at 63 it would be great. I love long story Anime like Naruto etc, but also love good story anime's that end around 40-60.
 
I'm probably one of the few that think this, but anything past 52 is pushing it. If it has a plot - 12 or 13 is too short. Unless they're specifically planning a seperate second season (something like what I hope Nyan Koi! is doing).

I reckon 24 - 36 episodes is good, although Kenichi went past that and was still pretty good.

I need help trying to remeber the name of an anime series I used to watch all the time.

I can't remember too many details but I know some core concepts:

Earth has been in fested with giant bug-like creatures than can only be killed by destroying there "cores". Most of humanity now live in orbital stations and the few people still on earth fight these creatures with large millitary mechs.

It used to be on the sci-fi chanel when it was still around. Anybody know what it might have been? Also "Fly me to the moon" was sung by a woman in the end credits.

I just need the name and than I can find it myself, thanks.

The anime is Blue Gender
 
I am not saying its not blue gender all I am saying neon has the same song playing at the end creds.:rolleyes:
