Which of my 4 tower fans should be sucking air, or blowing air out?

Okay, I have 4 fans in this mid tower. One in the way bottom front (behind case faceplate), middle back, and 2 on top of each other on the side of the case (in front of heatsink about).

Now I'm not sure which ones should be sucking air in, or blowing air out. They're all 120mm, except for the top side one, which is 80mm I believe. Anyone that can help me out on this one?

I would try this
check you temps, if you think they too high, try changing some directions , but logically, you want your PC to have a wind blowing through it, cool air comes in, hot air comes out, and try and keep cables out of the way, bunch them up, tie them to the side tuck them away, they obstruct airflow
 
Blackhand is right, front and sides should be blowing in, back should be blowing out (closer to the hotter components). If your PSU has 2 fans (bottom and back) then you can experiment with back fan inflow (but keep side and front fans blowing in).

Will it be ok to roll up the loose wires and perhaps tie them with cable ties or such? It won't make them short or anything

No it won't as it is recommended to improve airflow. Most new PSUs come with the cables sleeved and you might want to check out some DIY cable sleeve kits.

ja thats ok, try and use plastic ones tho (but I used metal ones) and then try and tuck them away
