Am i the only one who dislikes clubs or social gatherings of any kind? My bachelors is going to consist of me, Syco, OC and another friend of mine from school...

I've actually never been in a club yet... can't think of one good reason to go :S Social gatherings are okay if I know the majority of the people :P

Uh uh... I like both actually. I enjoy clubs cause I get to see a whole bunch of people all at once but I don't party too often but when I do I enjoy it.

If I want to see my mates I prefer seeing them one on one over coffee or hanging out at my place. It's just more personal and nice to actually be able to hear the person speak without any abrasive music :o

For Bachelors I think it's awesome that you're seeing your close mates hey... Drunken boozy bachelors don't actually sound all that fun in comparison

I went twice in the UK and disliked it both times. Im anti-social. Groups of people larger than 5 or 6 makes me feel trapped. I have never understood many social habits people have. Like my fiance's "friends" who's idea of a fun evening is to go out and get hammered. Or these people who go on and on about how its not cool to wear this or that. I fucking wear what i want, if you dont like it Fuck you and your fat ugly girlfriend in her stupid minnie that makes you want to reveal your lunch to the crowed.
 
The only reason why I hate clubs is because my dad is an alcoholic, I feel uncomfortable with so much booze around me. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind people drinking, but usually at clubs some people get quite wasted (my friends as well) so yeah... not for me :)

I get that. People tend to act like dicks when booze and women are concerned. Having to constantly walk the thin line not to offend some oversized bafoon less he and his friends decide your target practice or something.

The entire social structure of society is something i will never grasp. Why people need other people around them, why some people need to go to clubs and prove something. Why when someone considers you their friend you are obliged to tolerate certain things and present certain pretences that might not be in your character. I am who i am. If you dont like it deal with it. You not liking me is not going to make me less of a person, nor is it going to drastically change my existences because 99.9% of the time i couldn't stand you to begin with.
 
Me too, i like going out every once and a while but i judst cant deal with too many ppl all at once. they then tend to irritate me. i am also not a big drinker yeah sure i will have a drink or 2 but i know my limits and stop when i get to almost tipsy or so. i just cant deal with drunken unresponsible ppl. Either that or the BF might be right im just too much of a mothering type or a mean drunk lol
