Yeah that ending of FEAR is kak scary! When you are "safely" on the helicopter :).

I think both Bioshock 1 and 2 have great endings!

I spent $2 on getting my eye sight fixed and my reflexes upped to super human level's;):cool:

Should probably say something about a game ending..Mmmmm.

Best game ending would be....Modern Warfare 2 Ending to single player campaign was awesome.

Hahaha a whole 2 dollars? Went all out huh ;).

Oooh i also really enjoyed Gears of War 1 & 2's endings. I loved the amount of boss fights in Gears 2.

* Aim Styles (Off, When firing, Full auto)
* Targeting Styles (Closest Target, Closest to crosshair, Highest Threat, Lowest Health, etc.)
* SlowAim (Off, On) (+ Configurable slow aim speed)
* AimAngle (Off, On) (+ Configurable autoaim rotation angle)
* AutoFire (Off, On)
* FriendlyFire (Off, On)

# Radar :

* 3D Radar (Off, On) (+ Configurable for Players, Vehicles, Grenades, Flags, etc.)
* 2DRadar (Off, On) (+ Configurable radar scale)
* Cross (Off, Cross, Dot, Box, Bounding Box)
* Info Styles (Distance, Playername, Weaponname, Health, Armour)
* Healthbars (Off, On)

# TriggerBot :

* TriggerBot (Off, On)
* TriggerStyle (Instanthit, BulletSpeed and Bulletdrop)


Oh and i love Gow 1 + 2 Endings both really awesome.

Heart of darkness on the pc= 3d ending ftw!
Silent hill 2
Metro 2033
 
Awesome =
Gears of War 1 and 2
Max Payne 1 and 2
Mass Effect 2
Battlefield Bad Company 2 (Because he told them so)
Assassins Creed 2
Star Wars: The force unleashed

These games also had brilliant FMV sequences.

I could argue it was one of the most hectic WHAT THE WTF moments near the end... the clips when completed adds a bit of sense, but only after you've watched the ending, but I agree... it was brilliant!
 
I'm baffled that no one has mentioned:

Warcraft 3 / Frozen Throne
God of War 1/2/3
Half Life (The ending where you refuse the G mans offer)
Diablo
Avatar (No, wait, that was the movie's ending, I havent played the game...)
 
Zelda Majora's Mask for me was nr1 best game ending ever. I don't think any other game made me care so much about the NPCs - then seeing all of their endings if you had completed the journal was fantastic - very uplifting. The marriage scene made me shed a small tear heh.

God of War 3 ending was too abrupt

If any of you remember one of the best was 8 bit Bucky oHare not for the story but for actually completing it most rewarding gaming experience
 
RE: Halo 2. You guys are joking right? Do you have any idea what it's like to finish the game shortly after launch and all you get is that lame cliffhanger ending.

Jeez, I was so pissed about that. Having to wait 3 years for the sequel was murder.
