Yep - they have Guilds, and I suspect the same system will be carried across to Guild Wars 2.

Hopefully much improved, there were a lot of player suggestions which ArenaNet said they were taking into consideration.

I jammed wow for 2 years, stopped for 6 months, rejoined for a month. I see they're now employing "buy items IRL" methods too ON top of renting out the game to you. No thanks.

I doubt I'll even bother with cataclysm anymore.

Sweet I love mages in general so hopefully that Elementalist would be my kind of thing.

Yeah, they seem to be putting regular updates on the official site now. It's awesome.

So, the countdown has begun. I'm not sure to when it's counting down, but at least the numbers are running.

I'm definitely playing the beta

Had no regrets starting Aion off that way, and I doubt I will with GW2. Even waiting for the beta is too long.

Just a thought - should we turn this in the the Guildwars 2 General Discussion thread? I think ANet is releasing enough bits and pieces now that we can have some lively discussions about what's in store when the game is finally released.
