yeh and we all were there when the woman told us that the credit card holder has to be there(being my step dad) and blah blah blah but the guys at the call center never said anything to me...

Them car rental companies giving you hassles? Also take it up with the agent that never told you about the credit card as this person should've done so out of standard practice.
