Splinter Cell: Conviction PC multiplayer broken

My G*d, this game is awesome but frustrating as hell. I've bought the PC version about 2 weeks back and although my game frequently would pause, during cut scenes, during gameplay often i struggled past it. As the days went buy, I fired it up again and havn't been able to connect at all the the UBI Auth Server... I can get into the menu and then it just sits waiting for a connection.

I'm running on Neotel Neoflex Data and usually I have no connection problems other than the usual you would expect from wireless internet.

Totally frustrated now I've finally just cracked the damn game for a better overall experience. Both me and my flat mate wanted to play Co-Op which is why I bought the PC version over the PS3 or Xbox as I am lucky to have these consoles. Also it was slightly cheaper.

Once again PC users who pay for legit games get screwed over my terrible DRM protection.. I'm at a point where I'm almost not going to bother buying PC games which is pretty sad since it's my preferred gaming platform.

I dont want to sound like a wise-ass but damn im glad i got this on Xbox. All the Awesomeness - any of the brokenness.

Makes you wonder if they put all their effort into the console games due to the fact that piracy on PC is so rife.

I think the only thing that really get the PC version down is the always on Internet DRM thing. If u loose ur link to their servers the game obviously goes ape shit so yeah. Ill conceived DRM fails miserably.

Sorry to say but anybody who buys this for PC with all the negative press it's received, they're looking for shit.
