Yip! Although I have fallen off the wagon a few times :embarrassed:
Don't feel bad - at about 5 oclock everyone in my office starts morphing in beers

Last night I decided on some sushi and a few amstels, was heaven![]()
Heaven is also that first sip on Friday evening. Or rather the first sip that turns into sucking down the whole bottle![]()
And there I went and killed the TK.![]()
Tsk tsk tsk... bad spooner
Shit it's cold here today! My fingers are numb - not working on keyboard!
Jhb has been pleasant. Definitely not "Winter" here yet.
Don't you worry...it's coming!Apparently our cold front is moving your way over the weekend somewhere!
...and cold front is cold!
O yeah I heard something about some cold front.....I laugh in the face of a cold front![]()
It just started raining here, there is a freezing chil in the air. Wonder if there is snow on the mountains again.
Weather reports last night said we are expected to have snow over the mountains today/tonight/tomorrow...so yeah, that is exactly why there's this icy chill! It's a knocker 'eh? Fresh at least...but cool! Kinda like my mouth when I have one of those Air Rush chewing gums!![]()
Snow always reminds me of my time in the UK, especially the first snow of the winter when all the south africans who worked at the hotel (90% of the Staff) would run outside, in short sleeves, and throw snowballs and stuff. Good times where good.
lol....good times indeed! Did the same thing! First time I really saw snow....until I went to Canada...THEN I saw snow!![]()
Lol.
/Gets all Nostalgic.
Life working at the hotel wasn't perfect but it was alot of fun. Relationships that formed, the kind of social structure that developed. Since we all stayed in the hotel (staff quarters) I mean it was just something i would never give up. ROFL! I lost my virginity in that hotel.
Far from perfect indeed, but a cycle in life...t'was part of growing up, learning about life and learning to live! I miss those days indeed!
