I've been waiting for this one ever since SW:Galaxies didn't work.

It will also mean the unequivocal end of my WoW career.

It sounds pretty promising, but at the same time I'm not sure how the game will be. Knights of the Old Republic was amazing but for an MMO I think Star Wars could loose it's fun after a while. Then again, they could do something that just blows us all away

I'm of two minds. The universe is massive and I suspect almost infinitely expandable without damaging the SW canon. On the other hand - they could screw it up in a million subtle ways that would ruin the game.

Well they, not Bioware per say - but rather the lucasarts franchise, have experience with botching up an MMO after SW:Galaxies. I'm pretty sure they've learnt quite a bit from it.

I still maintain a SW:KOTOR type world/gameplay with SW:Jedi Academy fighting styles would have been the single most awesome game ever developed.

I dunno - the Lego MMO is looking pretty sweet about now

But yeah - I'd hope that LucasArts would have learned from SW: Galaxies. That doesn't necessarily mean they have though.

Not a bad idea Check Starwarz.com for original script hilarity. I'll be taking some from there.

Either that or the original Alien script which was much funnier.

This game is looking and sounding better the more I see of it. Some of the screenies are truly amazing.
