Inet And Phone Lines Down

Sorry guys our phone and inet lines went down about at the shop about an hour ago - looks as if its the whole centers lines are down.
We checked with Telkom and they tell us that they will look at it within the next 24hrs - what ever that means.
I will let you all know as soon as we are back up and running normally but in the meantime if I could just ask for your patience if you haven't received a response from us we will answer all inquiries as soon as we can.
 
Guys I'm afraid that our lines are still down today -
You can still place orders via the website but as we are down to 1x 3g modem orders are taking a little longer to process.
We do also have one phone line open 0110240405 - but as that is the only line that we can use to place orders and receive calls on - I expect that it will be pretty busy so please be patient.

Good News phone lines and Inet are back up - its was a bit unstable this morning but it all seems to be working ok now.

Curious thing is the engineer says that it was saboutage - not vandalism or cable theft - seems like a strange reason - LoL maybe Cresta has some undercover Ninjas working in BWC:confused:

It's funny though - for some reason I can't open the ZapsOnline website at all - but the internet as a whole seems a bit unstable today.

Thanks for the feedback P - Hopefully theve sorted you out now?
Obviously we do have a bit of a backlog to get through but we should be fully back to normal by the end of today.

The site seems to be working fine myside - but Firefox seems to be giving me problems today.
Maybe try IE.

Tried every which way, no go. On that note though, I see that I'm having trouble connecting to some of our other sites as well - connection time-outs - and our ISP has informed us that there are some line-related issues. Maybe someone else in Cape Town should try to access the site and see what happens.
 
On myside some international sites on firefox are timing out but when I refresh they seem to go in ok.Local sites seem to be ok though.

Like you said S maybe one of the CT guys could give it a try?
