And the comment of the WASD fingers is really distasteful in my opinion. I know you are trying to make a point and the person is not recognizable, but making light of someone's obvious deformity is really poor show and I did expect slightly better from the author and My Gaming.

I'm all for cracking a joke and having a laugh, but this is a poor way to do so.

I wanted to bash this comment in saying that the person is being too sensitive, but, errr, he's right? The article is very informative, but the jokes that are being pulled in the article are way too distasteful to be humorous.

I think the article has merit, but it needs to be revised and re-posted. These kinds of media is what gets complaints.

Thank you. Thing is, we all appreciate a good joke, but not at someones' expense like this. Personally I don't know anybody who suffers from that disease/handicap, but it wouldn't surprise me if someone reading these articles does and takes serious offense.

Also, this is not how i have come to know and respect the stories & articles posted on this website. I realise everybody is entitled to their opinions and views, but I think most of us here would agree that this article's shameful attempt at humour needs to be revised please.

I realize the article was not an entertainment oriented one, but there to heed as a warning to those of us who do not consider it a serious concern.

As someone with Carpal Tunneling Syndrome, it is a reality and did strike me as a little O.T.T.

And I've learnt some of those lessions the hard way. Carpial Tunnel is a bitch!

It only one thing/event/comment to spoil everything.

I'm not bemoaning the entire article, as the it covers a very relevant topic and makes a good point, but it is spoilt by the careless captions of the photos.
 
Actually there should be no more discussion about this. A few of us have already complained, and those of us who DID complain are not exactly "in-active" members on the forum. So for the sake of the site and the forum, it needs to be removed completely OR revised.

Like I said, the article is a very good one and very informative. It's the way in which the message was carried across that is the problem.

If there was ANY creativity and thought given to this article, why didn't the author use "stick figures" like in Portal...that would be funny AND creative.
 
I think only the last two images in that article deserve this discussion - seriously. Replace those two, and all should be well.

Use cartoons if you have to.

The guy taped against the ceiling was brilliant, IMO.

Recent injury I had was internetlessness. Stupid Minicipal workers dug up a waterpipe and severed our DSL line to the complex.

Pain I tell you. PAIN! (seeing as it took 3 weeks to fix :| )
 
Um, I don't think the pictures were there to display the actual injuries. Real ones are probably hard to find. I think they were p[ut there for mere visual stimulation and sustaining interest. Anyway.

Been playing games for 18 years now and I have yet to suffer from any injuries. So far, eyes are in perfect condition, fine motor skills are in top form, spatial perception is top noch as is problem solving ability.
