Prince of Persia

Hi there all, I'm new to this forum and this is my first post...

Anyway, I was looking in this forum and I didn't find any threads with Prince of Persia in it... I got the WW game a few weeks ago and have been playing it, and I must say I love it. Except for those camera angles that make you die when you jump from a pillar to pillar. And a bug I encountered, which make my whole screen go white when I use slow time, and then returns to normal.

What are your thoughts on this game? And I have been looking for a patch but there is nothing:(. Does anyone know of one for this game?
 
are you reffering to the new PoP???? if you are then it might just be a glitch in the game itself... are you playin and orginal or a cracked copy??? coz i know cracked copies tend to cause problems to some games not all... and nope no patches out for it yet or at least non that i know of...
 
Nah, I'm reffering to the one after the Sands of Time one. And I am also not using anything illegal, I bought it at Musica (they had one of those R99 specials, I'm a fan). But Voicy has already found a patch, so no need to worry!

I think you're referring to Two-Thrones (or is it Warrior within?). I notice you say you don't have an up-to-date gaming rig, you might want to just try and update your gfx drivers to see if it shorts out the problem.
 
Ok, that was before I looked at the links...and lots of people have complained, and it actually happened to an Xbox 360 player! So its not my graphics, it's definately a bug.

oh right - my bad. I enjoyed Sands of Time ... like, a lot. Played Warrior Within for 30mins and didn't like it. *meh*

I wonder where Mappy is... prolly off eating paaiâ„¢.
 
But I like it! Also I haven't played SoT...maybe I don't wanna, as I like the whole goth feel to WW, plus the FF fighting system...

Warrior Within was the best on IMHO. But you could lose yourself completely in it, swapping between past and present made you scratch your head sometimes. :)
 
Mmmmm...I havn't played this yet, I didn't really enjoy the prince of persia's of old!!
Is it worth getting?
 
The main character in prince of persia 1 looks decent ,naive and young
The main character in prince of persia 2 looks short and and thicker then in 1 and dangerous
The main character in prince of persia 3 looks tall, skinny and can do lots of stunts

But they all are pretty good :)

and in the new one he is just a play boi and looks staunch and has a hand with metal claws on it hehehe....:p
