Fallout 3

DID anyone find the bunder up north, that got thebest Power Armour in the game ?

I spent about 55 Hours playing it before I just to finsh it, and I was a little disapointed at the ending.

SO I can wait for the DLC to come out so we can see the new endings, maybe raise the level cap.

I'm experementing with some gameplay/ balance mods. But I dunno, The game just got boring after also about 55-60 hours gameplay. Finished the main quest and about 80% of the side quests, including operation anchorage DLC

I'll wait about a couple of months or so when there are decent mods like the OOO mod for oblivion, that huge 1.3 GIG gameplay changing mod, till something like that comes out before I seriously play Fallout 3 again. It just got boring to me 100000 times faster than games like Oblivion or even Fallout 2 did.

I know it's a post apocalyptic nuclear "fallout" world and all, but the world could have felt a bit more "alive" if you know what I mean.

Where IN Oblivion, re exploring the same area twice you had a very good chance of finding really hidden stuff or locations, with fallout even the most novice of player will find every location on the map with a smile. The replay value is not that great. Maybe the other 2 expansions planned for next month, and the one thereafter will be better than Operation anchorage and breathe some new life into this.

Still an awesome game though

I'm going to have to insist you all stop talking about this until I get my copy and have played some.

Otherwise I'll take a cue from Voicy and kick you all in the panty!

I'm having some issues with the game crashing on me from time to time. It only seems to have happened since I got on the Windows LIVE bandwagon. I would revert to playing without it, but I really don't want to have to lose my save games. Why on earth if you save while using Windows LIVE can you only then load the games while logged in? Tis strange...

I've started playing this again, but but as 'indepth' as I did the last time.

I've travelled all the way from Rivet City to Raven Rock and now am at the bottom left, heading for... some or other city whose name I can't remember.

I couldn't get in the front door at Raven Rock... that upset me - was too lazy to read the guide I bought! :D

you can only get into raven rock while following the main storyline!

you probably heading for paradise falls, megaton, minefield or republic of dave if you move bottom left to top right on the map.

Haven't found Republic of Dave yet... I see it, I must just actually go there.

hehe, dont just go in gunz blazing, there is actually a quest or 2 tied to that bit. I wont spoil it for everyone though. hehe.

I'm not really bothered about that, I'm just exploring - but this 'you have to travel to each place first' is just damn irratating!

hahah. well why dont you just level yourself up and take the explorer perk?

Explorer reveals all locations on the map.

Not that I needed it cause I love exploring.
