I would like to nominate BT Games for a fail.
I placed an order for Gears of War, which was on special for R99.
The next day, I received a canned message from their "HeadHoncho"
machine. They have not so much as contacted me to let me know
that they do not have stock or to explain why they are taking so long over it.
I wonder how many other potential customers are treated this way?
