But yar piles of work and im struggling!
Same! My 4 point plan:
Advil CS for the head, Euphorbium for the sinus and rhinitus, Borstol for the chest and gargle with Betadine to get rid of that itchy throat shit.

Murph for the nose - try Vibrosil-S
It works wonders for me and I have chronic sinusitis that goes haywire more often than not. You get 2 kinds of Vibrosil - the S one is without antibiotics and can be bought over the counter, the one without the S is prescription only since it contains antibiotics.
But that works like a charm. Cepacol for the sore throat, and allergex for the nose as well, but that is just out of habit now, only way to keep the nose in some sort of non hayfever control. And then when im actually really sick, its med lemon, only the cherry one since i cant drink the others.

Oh yeah med lemon...forgot about that as well. Heard of Vibrosil, never actually used it though. Normally stick with sinutab or euphorbium - seems to work wonders for me.
