Filter it through a lead-silicone foam over and over for about a week to absorb the radiation and than distill it to get the toxic lead and silicone out again. Thats for about a litre of water, larger amounts takes longer and needs much more lead-silicone foam.

Would distilling work as well or will the isotopes be in the condensation?

You should try go to places like Port St. Johns, Xora or even Ugie / Maclear for real amazing views. But yeah, Hogsback is pretty cool!
