Does ME1/2 count as console shooters? Even though they're strictly not exactly FPS. Why do I ask? Well my bro has the halo games and I sucked bum at console pew pew's, but got quite ok with it in ME(1/2).

ME1/2 - 3rd person shooter. Halo - 1st person shooter.
So the short answer is no you won't survive in Halo. But you can practice

Yeah, i think in the fiction they don't have the advance translation software that they do in Halo 2 to 3. Since Cortana interfacing with one of their ships and Halo gave humanity alot of new tech.
