Playstation Move out today!!!!!

So the PS Move is out today, who's gonna buy it / pre-ordered it? Whoever gets this first, post some comments!!!

I saw the thoughts on the Move on GameState and Grant was complimenting the nice box that you get the Move in... the box that you see on sites like Take2 looks different though, anyone know what I'm talking about?

I am keen to check it out, will wait to see what everyone has to say about it.

Don't really care what the box looks like though :p
 
Er.... I'm not sure whether to buy this or buy a Wii. I'd get a Wii over this because of the different games it offers but hey, the Move is cheaper. I'm just not sure how much of a motion fan I am...
 
Got two Move controllers at BT Games today along with Sports Champions. You don't need a motion controller for Sports Champions but you DO need 2 Move controllers.

So I've figured this out. For two people to be able to play together using the Move you need:

4x PS3 Move controllers (for games where 2 people need 2 controllers each)
1x PS3 navigation controller (since games using this will probably be single player or online multiplayer you only need one of these)
1x Docking station
1x PS3 Eye Camera

That's FLIPPEN expensive at the end of the day. Not to mention you need to buy the games as well, so R400 a pop?
 
Funny thing is Incredible Connection (not sure if it was all branches, but one I know for certain), broke the release date like 3 days early. Buddy of mine got his then and he is having fun with his golf games :p
 
You don't need a navigation controller to play Heavy Rain from what I've seen and even if you do you can just use your DS3 for the time being.

Anyway, got my Starter pack and I must say I am somewhat impressed by the technology. The Move is very accurate, I haven't really played Wii so I can't compare the two.

I fired up the Move today and after struggling to find a decent place for the camera I got to try some of the games on the Sports Champions game :) the table tennis is pretty awesome and so is the archery. I love the accuracy of the Move. It's way better than the Wii and the games have the potential to be a lot more fun because of it!
 
Hearing Tiger Woods 2010 is pretty great on Move. But not for me. Still waiting on something to get my attention before I buy.
 
i got the starter pack a extra wand and sports champion and i gotta say its pretty cool i think its a much better buy then a wii if u have a ps already only downside is der wont be any super mario:(:P

will be cool to see killzone with this
 
I got to hold a Move Wand at Incredible Connection today. It felt comfortable enough. [always a good thing when one is going to be playing for a protracted period of time]
 
Okay so the wife and I had a chance to play with the Move on some 2 player games. She thinks it's WAY better than the Wii as well - and that's saying a lot because she doesn't care about the technicalities on hardware when it comes to gaming - or anything really. We both liked the Disc Golf on Sport Champions and she is crazy about the figting game as well.

I'd say the Move is a winner. Now all it needs is some PROPER titles to make an appearance.
